How We Process and Monitor CCTV Footage
The monitoring and review of CCTV footage are handled by authorized personnel of SCMC’s Security Office, in accordance with strict internal confidentiality and data protection protocols.

Why We May Disclose Your Personal Data

Data Retention
CCTV footage is retained for 60 days from the date of recording. After this period, the recordings are securely deleted unless required for investigation or legal purposes. In such cases, the footage may be retained for five (5) years or until the matter is resolved, whichever is longer, after which it will be securely disposed of.
